Very spacious, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Food options were very good. They had Indian vegetarian dish, Continental, Arabic options. Food was excellent! Dead Sea is just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Enjoyed their bar restaurant (happy hour), good service with sunset view and Israel view. Reception staff is prompt and friendly! House keeping is good!

Hotel is nice but it was Unpleasant visit. Tourist exploited too much! Cup of juice in the hotel costs 4 jod 5 times the cost outside the hotel! Also coffe costs 3 lira 4 times the regular cost. There should be a limit. This behaviour will harm turism to the country.

Thank you for your comments and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay despite that you thought our juice and coffee prices are expensive. Let me assure you those prices of 3 JD for coffee or 4 JD for fresh juice are within the lowest bracket of all hotels in the area it even internationally. But do allow us on your next trip to offer those on complimentary basis to make sure that your stay will be completely pleasant

AC not offered in any of the rooms they offered to upgrade. They offered us a fan instead. It was very warm we couldn’t sleep well. We had to open the balcony and run the loud fan all night. So it was a bad night sleep with mosquitoes because of the open balcony. The first room they put us on was the farthest from the main lobby so no WiFi offered at that point of the building. They apologized but didn’t really solve anything. Just offered dinner instead. But we declined it since we have already eaten. Very convenient. To add a cherry on top the last room they put us on was open to a construction site so we were entertained with the sounds of the construction machines after no sleep during the hot night. It is winter in the Dead Sea but it is warn because is the lowest point on earth. It doesn’t get that cold in the winter ever. We finally moved to the Hilton not far from it. 360 degrees change. Great service and attitude since the moment you arrived. And they have AC as it should be.

The nice part of this hotel is that you can play around in the Dead Sea (you actually can not stand up in the water as your legs will bob like corks!) and then head over to the swimming pool area to enjoy the clean pool water and deck chairs. They have an adults only section which is nice. Beers are available pool side but they can be expensive.

Booked a night stay at this resort essentially to use the facilities for the afternoon . We were able to use the private beach to float and slater Dead Sea mud and thereafter float for around 15minutes . Thereafter we showered off the salt, use the beach towels and went back to the room for a good wash And had lifelong memories of floating in the Dead Sea! We chose this hotel as it had the facilities and was price friendly at the Jordanian side without resorting to go to the other riparian state where it is considerably more expensive and less friendly . The staff were very welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home . They do have day passes at 20JOD a person but we wanted a room where we could have a proper bathe, order room service for our meals and enjoy the facilities and view on a higher elevation . The hotel kindly had upgraded our room and the views and we are very appreciative of it . The reason why we have it 4/5 stars was that the facilities are rather dated with fixtures that need a little more tender point care . Other than that, it would be an excellent hotel .

I enjoyed my stay here alot. The hotel has an amazing view and the staff are so friendly and good. I got the chance to have lunch buffet which was 10JD and it was pretty good. You have easy access to the beach and they have life guards available all around while using the pool or the beach till 5:30pm. Truly a five star experience.

Spent four days and had a lovely time. Hotel is huge and have lots of facilities and own qccess to Dead sea. The room is huge and was uograded to a nice view. The staff are excellent especially the dining staff Emily, Michelle and Mitze who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable with their attentiveness and professionalism. The food is basic, could need more choices in the buffet dinner and some swimming pool are not available to guess use even if it wasn't late hours. Overall had a lovely time.

I came here only for the day pass as I wanted to sample the Dead Sea, and it was good. 20 JD is a great price, although more adds on for a towel. You get access to the hotel’s stretch of beach. Sun chairs aplenty, definitely more than enough space to float in this world-famous water body - I went on a Sunday and few people were there. They also offer mud to exfoliate and make yourself look like a fool haha. A relaxing time, just don’t get the water in your eyes ugh. After, another 15 JD to add on lunch and this was a great spread. Slightly westernized and understandably for such clientele, but food was tasty. Overall, for a budget and even objectively good Dead Sea experience this place is a good pick!
