Customer service is not great as the reception staff & the man at the front gate are not polite. So I think the management has to work on that. Otherwise it is a good hotel with bar/pub, swimming pools for kids & adults. Gym room. Still needs work done on it as it hasn't been

This hotel brags it was the first hotel built on the Dead Sea. It feels like it. The furniture is old and tired, the rooms are lacking in any charm, and the long long dark halls echo and reminded me of horror movies.

If you determine the price at the airport for the airport taxi, you won't have any problems. I believe the price from the airport to the Dead Sea Hotels was JD45 each way. Easy to walk out the front door and find the kiosk for ground transportation. No need to book in advance. I've never had any problems with the airport taxis, and I fly in and out at least twice a year.
