We stayed here for 2 nights while touring France the hotel is just of the motorway so easy to find, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did find it a little noisy but not to bad .It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make a coffee.Would use again.

Used this hotel for 1 night on way to skiing in La Plagne. Recommend by a friend do tried it as an alternative to Camponile. Will definitely use again . Good location just off main route through Chambery. We booked a 4 person room which was fine for our family which included 2 older teenage boys. They slept in bunk...

This hotel is Clean, good value for money, comfy bed and brilliant spa. This is my go to choice whenever I visit Chambery. Its easily accessible close to Geneva airport and the mountains. The spa treatments are great the restaurant is good. I have never been disappointed with my stay at Altedia.

Good location for us for one night on the way to Italy. Very clean and comfortable, booked a quiet room, very little traffic noise. Didn't have breakfast. Room was a bit hot, no aircon. Only negative comment was price of the spa, guests charged for every use, I would expect a one off charge for length of stay. Cycled into...

We were looking for a stop over on our way to Italy this summer and ended up booking a family room in the Altedia Hotel. It was very easy to find and literally two minutes from the motorway. We have travelled extensively in France over the years, often staying over on long trips and I have to stay that the...

Stopped here on the way to the Alps. I thought It didn't live up too it's claims. In reality it's just a more expensive Ibis without the quality of service but with a fair measure of Gallic indifference. It's over priced. I should say my comments are slightly influenced by the fact that because we were arriving on Valentines day...

I was there for a Project meeting but the hotel changed our atmosphere to almost a vacation. Good service. New rooms very clean. Silence at night although is very closed to the highway. And.........an outstanding shower!!!!!!!!!!! The restaurant: OTTIMO. Unfortunately I did not tried the spa and the wellness center. Price a little high but in line with the service....

Good place for a stopover on way to/from skiing. Last year we were in the 3* hotel, this year in the 2* lodge. Rooms (split level) nicer in the main hotel but of course lodge is cheaper and rooms more basic. Breakfast is separate, and decent in both. However, the restaurant in the hotel for dinner is fabulous; excellent salads,...

“Ask for a room away from the entrance. All the smokers gather there first thing in the morning and, apart from the fog of smoke that hits you when you open your door/window, the walls are a bit thin and you can hear them talking/coughing/sneezing - not what you want at 7am in the morning!”
