We were traveling in the area to see the whales etc. Two young male students were workingand were helpful. I felt for them since their boss spoke loud a aggressive for making simple erró en billing. Situated in the middle of town, with secure off road parking. Clean rooms and hot showers were very welcome after the long drive through the desert. The staff were very helpful and the laundry service excellent. This is a great starting point for trips into the Pan de Azucar national park. The breakfast was basic.

What a delightful oasis in a beautiful part of the world. The hotel has been rebuilt after the devastating floods and mudslides of 2015 - one cam only admire the resilience of the people. The staff were very helpful, the property clean and tidy and overall it was a great experience. Well done Chaneral!
