the resort is located directly on cupecoy beach which is a small beach with beautiful cliffs adorning the blue sea. It is within walking distance of a casino, restaurants, an upscale shopping mall and a grocery store. A car is necessary to get around this beautiful island. The resort is well maintained although the accommodations are modest. A great staff... More

This was truly not worth the money I spent. Let's start with location. On the SW corner of the Dutch side of the island where there ate other resorts but with better amenities. The pool and beach area was fair but expect to pay for things like lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The on site restaurant was hit... More

We had an ocean view room at the Ocean Club. I have stayed in many timeshare type resorts and this one was awesome! The room was spotless, comfortable bed and the best supplied kitchen I have every seen. The pool and grounds were well maintained and the restaurant serves a delicious breakfast for $10. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is run down as it is ageing but has a nice pool and great ocean views. Our villa had a very steep staircase, the sink was loose as you grabbed the handle, the sofa pull out bed for our children sagged and was beat and when you drove out of the place the trash was loosely dumped behind this... I own a one bedroom in the Towers for over 10 years and haven't stayed there much because all my friends came to SXM at a different time. My unit has been renovated with stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, new window treatments re-fitted bathroom. It was absolutely fabulous! The cleaning staff is attentive to my every need. Now it... More

I've just returned from a family vacation to St. Maarten (Dutch side) and once again stayed at The Ocean Club in Cupecoy. I normally use a studio apartment around the pool, but with four persons this visit, we enjoyed the two-story individual villas. A full-size kitchen (great for cooking!) and living area with wide-screen TV, and half bath, are on... More

This quaint little resort was just what we needed. It was a great location right across the street from the Blue Mall so shopping was daily. Very close to a casino for night action and only five minutes to the French side for a change of pace. My room slept four and had a full kitchen! I can't wait to... More

Directly on it's own small beach, clean pool, excellent staff, very clean room, great restaurant/bar and quiet until the last day. We got a large studio and used the mini kitchen for an entire meal of Red Snapper that we got at the fish market in Simpson Bay. This is a great place to stay as it's minutes from the... More

Ocean Club is a timeshare (RCI) facility - we did a private deal over the internet to buy some time but I think they may do direct reservations. There was zero attempt by anyone to have us sign up for anything. A one-week stay in a studio unit in the "tower" had a nice ocean view. All the staff were... More
