Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, although was looking a bit tired in areas. Had a meal in the restaurant, surprised at the quality and the service was excellent. Easy to book the transfer for 4am and £5 was cheap in comparison to a taxi and the transfer time was minutes. Would stay again

Rooms need upgrading, bed was torn and tired with holes in the side of the divan base. The bathroom whilst clean has seen better days . No safe for valuables. In the bar area lots of little flies around the drinks area and the again in the restaurant at breakfast time around the bread and the cooked food area .

Easy checkin at 3pm. Lovely room….extremely quiet. Had great view of the airport and loved watching the planes come and go. Bed was comfortable and slept through the night without any interruptions or noise. Restaurant although not used looked very inviting. Although the room was a quad with two people staying only a double bed was made up, but after a trip downstairs they immediately came and set up the sofa bed which was also comfortable. Can’t fault it and will definitely be back.

The hotel is very clean and the restaurant area is nice. It would have been good valve for money if we’d had a good night sleep. The curtains were different lengths, one side a couple of inches shorter than the other which meant it wasn’t completely dark as the window was barely covered (room 509). Unfortunately people leaving for the airport weren’t so considerate and were quite loud in the middle of the night and again at 5am which woke our kids up (we realise this isn’t the hotels fault but it affected our sleep either way). The food in the evening was nice but service was slow. We requested our drinks three times and they eventually came after we’d eaten our starters. We had seen them sat on the bar for twenty minutes. We were billed incorrectly twice for our meal. On check out there were no staff around to discuss our complaints. Breakfast was nice.

Had a great experience. The breakfast in the hotel is lovely. There was so many choices that I could eat. The food is tasty, but a bit pricy. I've never had a problem with finding a car parking space within a reasonable distance of the entrance. The team had some nice, friendly service and greatly contributed to my positive experience. It is a nice and clean hotel which I would recommend.

Neither air con or bathroom extractor worked, pretty run down, overpriced, the food in the restaurant was OK, the bed was at least comfortable, much better options nearby I hear, would not stay here again

Arrived at5 went out with friends till 10 as we have to be up at 4.15. After an hour in the room there was a constant bath tap dripping. Tried to switch it off by this time I felt it would be more hassle to pack up and move. I felt the room wasn’t fit for purpose. Premier inn’s policy is if you haven’t had a good night’s sleep they will refund. Room 609 Manchester north

The staff was friendly and dealt with any queries we had quickly. It’s close to the airport, so it's convenient, and they offer an airport shuttle service, which was helpful. The room itself was nice and clean. The restaurant was really busy, but we managed to get a table. There is a nice bar area with a good choice of drinks. We will stay again when using Manchester airport.
