First time visiting this venue for the Alfie Boe concert, very impressive. Security and door staff very organised and polite. The concert hall is huge with excellent layout, very comfy seating and good views of the stage and artist. Sound and lighting also great. Drinks from bars very reasonable. Impressed would definitely visit for another concert.

Attended a concert there, the tickets asked us to arrive early. On arrival we were held in a very crowded waiting area. The auditorium was opened 10 minutes before the start of the concert, again crowded and busy stairs to the auditorium. Anyone who suffers from claustrophobia would have had problems. When the auditorium was full and most people were seated the show was stopped and everyone was asked to evacuate the building! The evacuation went smoothly but while waiting outside we spoke to two ladies who were first out. As they got to the exit they found it to be locked. Luckily there was a staff member nearby who opened it. After a time we were let in to the building and made our way through the even more crowded corridors back to our seats and enjoyed the show.

We visited to see Tim Peake. The actual show was mediocre, but the venue.. As a wheelchair user this place is a disgrace. Nobody in the place knew where the lift, that's one operating lift, was. Once in the lift the only helpful person in the place, who was very smiley but as a Showsec worker didnt know the building, helped us and others up and down but there was chaos. Never again.
