    Picturesque
There is a great buzz around this vicinity. You will get great photo's here but you will need to maintain patience and understanding that everyone is trying to get that perfect picture at the exact same time. The scenery is really beautiful and obviously this area has so much to see and do but be warned it can get really crowded.

    Amazing and Unique Bridge
A must stop and see and of course take a picture. Also to walk across the bridge as well. I would suggest go early in the morning or later in the evening as the crowds are huge around the area and on the bridge. It is a beautiful sight to see and the place to be!

    Must-see spot in Venice
Well can’t miss this iconic spot when in Venice and can’t skip taking the obligatory selfie too. Just be warned that this is a popular spot and hence crowded too. We came here, spent about 10 minutes and left.

World famous, an icon of Venice and Italy
Whan can I write about the famous Rialto Bridge in Venice, what isn't already written multiple times. Just the view of the bridge over the Canal Grande and the stroll up the steps and down again is a five star attraction. I can also write about the suffocating amount of tourists visiting the Rialto, but forget them. Imagine you are on your own. The Rialto bridge is an important part of the fairy tale that is Venice and stuff the tourists.

    A must see in Venice
Definitely a must see in Venice if you can get through the crowds. Lots of great vantage points from the bank, though actually the best view I got was from the public river boat / bus that goes from near the bridge. Spectacular at night and less crowded!

Must see sight but very busy.
VERY popular tourist trap. Iconic structure with shops and restaurants all around.n One of the "must see" sights of Venice but beware it is very busy. The shops are expensive like the ones in and around St Marks Square. If your looking for soiuvenirs get off there beaten track and you'll save money.

    Excellent views
The Rialto Bridge or Ponte di Rialto as it is also known is the oldest of the four bridges in the Grand Canal in Venice. This bridge connects San Marco and San Polo. This bridge can be busy as its a popular tourist attraction which has great views of the Grande Canal and many trying to get the perfect selfie. The present stone bridge was completed in 1591. A visit to Venice isnt complete with a photo of this bridge and in particular a selfie.

One of the iconic bridges in Venice, a tourist must see
One of the most iconic bridges and famous views in Venice. The view is amazing on both sides. A must see location for tourists. Only problem is there are lots of tourists all the time(as expected) and it is sometimes hard to find a nice spot on the bridge.

    Historic Rialto is charming bridge
The Ponte di Rialto, called "The Rialto" is a bridge over the Lagoon in Venice. The Rialto dates from ancient times; it features in literature, including featuring Shakespear's well-known drama "The Merchant of Venice. When Venice was the New York of Western Europe, the Rialto held a gold market and stock exchange. The Rialto is charming, it's well worth crossing the Venetian Lagoon.

    Tacky Tourist Nightmare
A must-see if you’re in Venice, I guess. We’ve “done it” now but wouldn’t say it was the highlight of the trip Thousands of people and not even peak-season. Not so much a ‘market’ as hundred of shops selling the same ‘made in China’ tourist tat. Anyway horses for courses.

  • Piazza San Marco Hotels
It is said that Napoleon called San Marco "the drawing room of Europe." And it is a breathtakingly beautiful place. But the square has long been a lure for massive numbers of pigeons, drawn by the massive numbers of tourists who readily feed them. While the tourists happily post for photos amid the flock, there are concerns that the birds' presence--and what they leave behind--will damage the centuries old architecture and art work.
