We stayed there from 19th April till 21st April. We were there to attend a wedding at adjoining KOTI Resorts. It's brand new hotel. Very nice clean rooms. I am knocking of one star because of two reasons. It doesn't have hot water 24 hours. At night you get very cold water and…

Greetings! Thank you for sharing your review with us. We are glad you liked the room and the pricing of our services. Let me address the two issues you have mentioned here. 1. We do have the capability of 24-hour hot water but it is switched off during off hours to converse energy and can be turned on within 10-15 minutes on request. We can, however, communicate this to our guests more clearly and keep it on for longer periods during the winter season :) 2. Yes, our lawn area is currently under development and it will take a few months for the grass to grow out and the area to be usable. We look forward to welcoming you again at The Nilaya.
