Dear Cherie Thank you for sharing your constructive comment with the TripAdvisor community. It has been a pleasure to welcome you and take care of your holidays. Your expectations were very high and we are glad we met them for a most memorable and romantic break. I understand transportation can be an issue for those going shopping every day. Our free shuttle to Fisherman’s Village helps in that sense, but also we will implement shortly a free shuttle to Mae Nam street night market for the benefit of our customers. As discussed when staying with us, I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience that occurred regarding the room service and the electricity. Communication can be difficult sometimes to explain difficult situations but as you say, all the staff is fantastic determined to take care of the guests and Kuhn Min is being consistently exceptional.
