Dear Ale C, First of all I would like to thank you for review and staying with us in Formentera. We personally had contact and this review is actually a copy of the email you´ve sended me and I answered back to you. I´m truly happy to hear that you´ve enjoyed the food at our restaurant and that you mention that we are the best hotel on the island. Apart from that I´m sorry to read here, that you´re experience hasn´t been as great as you thought it would be. Due to a light storm in april 2019, the seaweed came up on all the beaches in Ibiza and Formentera, and the local authorities took a few days to clean this all up. Our beach club and pool was actually not affected at all and everybody was happy to enjoy the area and great service around it. After the cleaning, which took 2 days,the beautifull beach and crystal water came back and they are exactly as they are on the website. During your stay I personally attented you and we did our great best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For all these reasons and all other guests being 100% satisfied, just like I wrote you by email, we won´t access to your petition of reimbursement.
