    When you visit Taichung, Taiwan. There are couple of hotels at the the heart of the city, there are expensive ones, and there are value for the money. The Splendor Hotel is one of my favorite Value for the Money. Always booked on this hotel every month, or at least twice a month for 10 months now. I love the... More
