Good morning Stacy, Thank you very much for your comprehensive review of Sunset at the Palms. You've made some excellent suggestions for us and some of them, like the glass on the windows, are already in progress. We are a very laid back resort, and will make some additions to our website information so that our guests do not expect activities and entertainment nonstop. Insects are part of the natural environment in a tropical destination, and vary by season, hence the daily fogging. Good idea, as suggested to come prepared. We do have plans to add additional facilities to our private beach club in the near future. As you mentioned, our staff is one of the main reasons that Sunset at the Palms is so special and that our guests return again and again. We really appreciate your comments and I'm sure your review is very helpful to prospective guests. We hope to see you back again sometime soon at Sunset at the Palms!
