Robert, I am sorry you did not get a beach front condo as you hoped. You are correct, we had a last minute emergency making the pool not available. We were given the okay by one of our neighbors to allow our guests to use their pool if desired. I am sorry that you did not know we had this agreement. The white noise machines used in the Garden bedrooms: We've had great feedback on those blocking out the sound from the street and guests have gone home and purchased them for their homes. Regarding the running toilet issue, we would have taken care of immediately if we had been notified; I show no record of it being reported. In the future if you find anything that requires attention (cleaning or repairs), please let us know. We will attend to these matter immediately. Beach towels are available all day from 9:00 - 5:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to exchange them throughout the day at their leisure. We hope to see you again. Management
