Thank you for taking time to write a review of Naga Peak. Naga Peak is an eco resort set in nature. Naga Peak is designed to be away from the crowds, so u can get a good night sleep with nature. We try to keep our toiletries basic to keep our price low, so the resort is affordable for people to stay. We have updated our tiles in the bathroom floor, previously the old tiles were starting to look old. Thank you for staying with us! Joy
