Great location on a budget - safe and clean
I stayed at Hotel Isabel in July 2016 for two full weeks. As a solo traveler, I wanted somewhere centrally located but also affordable. I paid approx US $17 a night. Essentially, this is a step above a hostel. You will not find amenities such as wash cloths, good towels, etc but…
