My trip was non all-inclusive. Marina Fiesta is up against the marina so you exit onto the boardwalk. It's located dead smack center between Medano Beach and downtown so 2-3 blocks either way will get you somewhere festive. The mall (puerto paraiso) is literally right next door.…
