Dear Denden611 Thank you for your feedback, we certainly appreciate all guest feedback. I was very happy you enjoyed our location and room size. All Garden Inn's are limited hotels unlike the Hilton which would be a full service hotels. As you mentioned we do not have kettles and cutlery as part of the room set up but we do have them available upon requests. I was certainly surprised to see that we feel short on our concierge service and I would welcome to discuss your interaction further.
