On the upside the hotel location has excellent location ie downtown and the staff are very friendly. Whilst the hotel is small (boutique) overall it is very clean and tidy. Now the downside.The rooms are very small.You have to pay for wifi which is unheard of in this day and…

We are happy that you were able to enjoy our location close to major attractions, the Eaton Center, Dundas Square, theaters and many restaurants. The size of each room is utilized to its fullest potential and we are proud to offer deluxe rooms and suites for guests that desire more spacious accommodations. There is a charge for wifi access of $8.95 plus tax per room for 24 hours. We also offer business rooms and suites that include wifi access in the cost of the room. When each guest checks in with us they are provided with accommodations in the room type that was booked by them before arriving. We are more than happy to change a room type for a guest at any time time based upon availability as all of our guests mean a great deal to us. We truly hope to see you again in the future.
