On behalf of the team here at the Pantages Hotel, I do apologize that you were left with the feeling that you were being "too demanding". As we are in the customer service business, it is our job to ensure that our guests are our top priority. I will be sure to follow-up with our front desk team to find out why this wasn't the case. I am however, glad to hear that you did have a positive interaction with our housekeeping team and enjoyed our close proximity to Toronto's theatre district and Eaton Centre.
