This hotel actually too old and need maintenance in interior specially in wall and bathroom. Have good balcony and so calm there. Food is best here, but some menu sometimes unavailable. Pool of sheraton always big and nice decor and connecting with beach and bar so nice. Spa is…

Dear Wahyu, Many thanks for staying with us recently and if considering your rating, we feel sorry not meeting your expectations. Based on your feedback, you main source of dissatisfaction was about the hotel age and the maintenance. The hotel is getting old , 26 years and needs some refurbishment , we are expecting early next year a major renovation plan.
