Dear Cherrybun2018 We are very sorry about your recent experience here at the Bayhorse all of the points your raise are very concerning 1. The food was not up to standard, it should have never left the kitchen, and even worse it should have never been taken to your table. We are very sorry about this. it is not up to our usual standard. I have spoken to all the team on shift that day to make sure it does not happen again. 2. When raising this with the management on shift the response should have been a lot more considerate and you should have been given a full refund on the fish and a new dish sent out. I am truly sorry that happened, we do not want our guests to feel insulted. 3. The service overall that lunch was poor and we hold our hands up and look to where we can improve.
