We had a gorgeous lunch from the great value set menu. The cuisine is from Turin, cooked lovingly by Fabriozo’s (the owner) wife. Franbrioza himself was extremely hospitable, explaining the menu items and talking with passion about Turin, though he is now a committed Cestrian.…
