I am sorry to hear that you experience was not the normal representation of the hotel and that the room given was too hot, we do offer fans if required I am sorry this was not offered. I am sorry that your dinner was also not as expected, with regards to the milk we can order in skimmed milk on request when booking the room but if we are not informed in advanced we only stock semi skimmed.
