We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay with us in the Ti Amo Suite and you appreciated the facilities of the room and the little extras that are provided. It was also nice to read that our staff had been helpful, welcoming and friendly. Although we do not provide ironing facilities in each room these are available upon request, we are always happy to bring them to guests who wish to use them. We are confused where you have read that the hot tub/Jacuzzi cannot be used after 9pm. The times stated in all the relevant places are that hot tubs should not be used between 11pm & 9am & the spa baths between 10.30pm & 8am. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
