Hi Zobia A Thank your for your review of Chaplins and apologise for the delay in the replying. So pleased you enjoyed your stay here and everything was excellent from the food to the location. With regards to locks on bathroom doors, we were in the process of installing locks on the doors when a child went into the bathroom and locked the door and couldn't unlock it as he was a toddler so consequently we decided not to continue with the locks as safety precaution for families.
