I am very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Many guests request to be in the coach house building and these are some of our new club rooms. I wonder if you were expecting a different grade of hotel as we are two star. We always go out of our way to look after all our guests to the best of our ability. As people will see all our reviews say how friendly the staff are.
