Hi Im very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us there is one thing that is true the tv was not in the room the plug for the heater was not like that before you went in the room I'm sure but has been changed since sorry about the shower it is one of the old ones and is the last one to be replaced the photo you took of the sheet was a fresh foot stain and was caused by someone in your room you can still see the loose dirt on it no way would it look that fresh if it had come back from the laundry company there is hot tap water in bathrooms just run the tap no light shade because people keep recking them on all our sites it states that check out is 11am the noise does get a bit heavy on weekends I agree and I am more than happy to come up and sort any issues but when you phoned down to ask me to have a word with guys next door I did come up but when I stood outside the door they where only taking in there room I cant tell people to be silent when they are in the building and when you arrived we had a run in with the guests staying on the ground floor for smoking weed needless to say they where kicked out that weekend for it and a lot of other issues I had with them I am really sorry if this did offend you but I cant keep an eye inside all rooms to stop this happening but if I did see it happening in the hotel then it would be stopped once again Im sorry you didnt enjoy your stay
