Dear Patrick R, Thank you for your lovely review of the hotel. The old part of the hotel was built in the 15th century, and the recent renovation was done with bringing the full character of the old inn intact. We take inspiration from Stratford’s most famous son, so it was apt that we quote him in the hotel. We take great pride in the food that comes out of the kitchen, and everything is fresh and cooked to order. Our enviable location is a treat for guests just wishing for a lovely walk in central town with the knowledge their comfy rooms are but a stroll away.
