Hello Diana_Elena1991 Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. The good news is we have been refurbished, which may have been the disturbance you experienced. We have a fantastic new reception area, a large welcoming and social communal area and fantastic artwork throughout. Well worth coming back to check it out. We have taken steps to ensure we have new policies in place to reduce any noise impact on guests but still ensuring everyone has a great time. We have new rooms, new artwork, new communal area, we are warm, welcoming and clean. I hope to see you back so you can see how great an experience there is to be had at Hatters Birmingham.
