Hi Sally T I am disappointed to read your trip advisor review. Firstly we also recommend guests to book direct, this way you get exactly what you want. I'm sorry to read your comments about the housekeeping - I will be sure to pass this on to the manager so we can address this issues you have raised. Don't forget that if you do find anything not up to standards to let us know immediately so we can rectify the issue. The hot water in the Accessible Bedrooms is already set temperature, unfortunately this cannot be altered however we can manually override the air conditioning just let the front desk team know.
