Dear Tim, We are sorry that the name you found on the internet mislead you. The hotel's name is "Les Matins de Paris" and only a few websites (including Tripadvisor) mention the spa. The spa access used to be included in the price of the room, but it was frequent that people couldn't access it due to a very high demand and ended up paying for a service they could not use. A lot of people also did not want to use the spa, and it was not fair to make them pay for a service they would not use. We are sorry that the person working the night did not know how to stop the music. it was his first night and he has since learned. We hope that you still enjoyed your stay with us, and that you had a pleasant stay in Paris. See you at Les Matins de Paris
