We regret that at that time there were no more pillows available, the staff try to attend all the request of the guest in the moment. The staff of the hotel it´s always available to offer tourist information to our guest, and to help to book the tickets of differents shows or monuments or with the information that they need it. About the accessibles rooms, the capacity is only for 2 people but we have other rooms for a greater number of guests.
