Thank you for your feedback. Most of the time the weather in Madrid is great but in case of rain we always have rain ponchos in each Segway, so everybody stays dry and can still enjoy the tour. We are sorry to hear that you did not bond with the other participants, our guides always try to find an equilibrium for the whole group and try to focus on the essential aspects. In general we keep the groups as small as possible to assure a personalized experience, but we also offer a private tour option, where you have the guide just for yourself. We invite you to do a private tour with us on your next stay in Madrid and enjoy the city with us!
