We will congratulate her for her proffesionalism and good job! We are sorry about the incident with the noise. We hope that you give us a second chance and we can offer you a room away from the noise so you can have a better rest. We will keep in mind the suggestions about the minibar and the complementary water, about the tea in our lobby from 11am to 11pm we offer our customers cups of tea and, depending on the vacancy, we have kettles that you can take to the room.
