Agradecemos tu extenso y detallado comentario. Sin embargo, permÃtenos que nosotros seamos un poco más breves. Simplemente decirte que creemos que nuestro personal gestionó el tema de forma bastante profesional, modificando varias veces el bacalao que pediste (y que finalmente no te cobraron). También es cierto que es uno de los platos que más éxito tiene. Lamentamos que no haya sido tu caso: para gustos no hay nada escrito. De cualquier modo, sentimos tu malestar. ¡Un saludo!
