Dear Guest, thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay in Rome. We are so afraid you did not enjoyed your stay with us. About the air conditioning during the period of your stay the hotel was still set on winter mode, there were some unexpected warm days but during the night the temperature was still cold, approximately 5/6 degrees, we are so sorry that we did not meet your needs. We tried to fix the issue offering you to provide a fan in your room that was not accepted by you. So we suggested to open the window to refresh the room just because the hotel is in a quiet area, especially during the night hours. Furthermore the room assigned to you faces on the internal courtyard not on the main street, usually this room is very appreciated by all the guests that are very sensitive while sleeping. Concerning the toilet, our housekeeping has a strict quality control procedure, so every room is inspected before every guest’s arrival in order to check that everything is working properly. Probably the toilet seat went unhooked during your stay, we are so sorry that being our guest just for one night our maintenance did not have the time to fix it nor we had the chance to move you into another room that could have encountered better your needs and expectations. Our aim is to leave our clients completely satisfied and we do our best to ensure the most memorable stay to them all as you may also read in all the positive online reviews that we receive. We are so frustrated that despite our best efforts to ensure to you and your wife a pleasant stay we did not regain your trust in us.
