We are sorry about the warm room after dinner but asking an extra key the problem can be easily solved, thanks for your driving suggestions for future guests. We'll check the wi-fi connection on the terrace since it should work up there too. About the deposit at check-out it's true that the door is not locked but we have a camera that look the deposit. About the lift it was temporary out of order for the regular maintenance but a baggage assistance is available 24h. Hope to welcome you again in the future. All the Best!
