Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear that you weren't satisifed with your stay here at Torget. As you said, it seems as if the room wasn't completely done, as our rooms usually are whole, with ceiling tiles and they should be properly clean upon arrival. We usually offer a swift room move if guests arrive late and rooms for some reason aren't in order, so we are sorry that this wasn't offered for you during your stay. I will forward your complaint about cleaning, as this definitely should have been sorted during your stay. As for the missing ceiling tile, this room probably should not have been used, as we aren't able to fix missing ceiling tiles until we've been sent new ones and gotten repairmen in to fix it. I recommend you contact our reception by mail and explain your situation in october should you choose to stay with us again, and we will try to provide you with a nice upgrade next time around.
