Come here for the milkshakes and iced coffee! Can't say we were to keen on the whole bio dynamic thing, great concept but maybe trying to be a bit to fancy, the kids menu the only thing she would eat was the cheesy bread but it is a beautiful spot to stop if you like the bio…

Hi Chris Thanks for the review and glad you love our milkshakes ......... the secret ingredients are, our award winning Biodynamic milk and our gelato that is made with our milk. The Biodynamics is a farming method that we chose 30 years ago long before we opened the farm cafe .......... it is a natural method of farming developed by Rudolf Steiner that works in harmony with nature and uses no chemicals, pesticides and fertilisers and actually increases the humus development and microlife in the soil and builds great soil structure so our farm will be a viable operation for generations to come. Food that is produced biodynamically is typically more nutritious as well so it has lots of great benefits for farming, the environment and our community and the end product - simple farming with natural principles - it might be trendy now and was definitely not 30 years ago when we started - we now support 9 family farms in the district as well.
