Very helpful and friendly / molto cordiale e disponibile
Plus: Good 3*** hotel a few minutes from the centre Owner met us at the bus station to show the way (only 300m) and to help with luggage Very clean and helpful friendly service Minus: Even though a no-smoking hotel it always smells cigarettes near reception.
