I read with interest your review. Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit - we do get extremely busy on Sunday lunches so sometimes we can be stretched. I would suggest that you spoke directly to the manager about your concerns and we would have at least had a fighting chance to address some of the issues. Unfortunately there is little I can do now but to offer you an apology for your lunch not meeting your expectations. Kind regards
