Dear CWC47, We thank you for taking the time to write a comment about your stay here at Golden Tulip Vivaldi and appreciated your compliments about the hotel central and yet quiet location in St Julian's. I was glad to read that you liked your room, facilities and breakfast served in our newly refurbished sea-view restaurant. As for your comment on the feel of the rooms, I would like to take this opportunity to say that rooms refurbishment are underway and hence, the rooms will soon be more comfortable and have a more modern look. I found your review about our front office staff being abrupt very unusual. Most of our reviewers praise their service and I know them to be very friendly and professional. Notwithstanding, I would like to apologise to you if you found them to be indifferent. With regards to check-in, 1500 hours is the norm for many hotels. If your room was ready and clean, we would have been more than happy to present you with the key. We thank you for choosing Golden Tulip Vivaldi and we hope that we will see you again in the future.
