I was glad to read that you liked your room, facilities and breakfast served in our newly refurbished sea-view restaurant. As for your comment on the feel of the rooms, I would like to take this opportunity to say that rooms refurbishment are underway and hence, the rooms will soon be more comfortable and have a more modern look. I found your review about our front office staff being abrupt very unusual. Most of our reviewers praise their service and I know them to be very friendly and professional. Notwithstanding, I would like to apologise to you if you found them to be indifferent. With regards to check-in, 1500 hours is the norm for many hotels.
