UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Avoid this hotel as the rooms are currently being kitted out with a new bathroom and the cafe is being renovated. This means unbearable sounds of pneumatic hammers and drills can be heard from foyer to fifth floor from 7am to 8pm weekdays. Other guests have…
