Please be kindly informed that due to the Hyatt Place concept some of the services like Room service and Bell service, unfortunately, are not available. In regard to the breakfast, I will address your feedback with the management, so they use it to improve the quality of service in the future. Also, please, note that we have 3 coffee machines available during the breakfast at the restaurant and I do apologize that you were not informed about it.
