We stayed here the first two weeks of December 2016 in an elite pool villa (4107). These are the positioned the greatest distance from the beach which has from previous reviews caused a few disgruntled guests, The walk to breakfast takes 5 minutes and then only another 2 minutes…

Dear Murph6631, Many thanks for your review and compliments. We are just glad that you had a great time with us and could unwind a bit. The Thai food comes in many colors and a never-ending array of tastes and flavors, chili or spiciness is just a little part of it. My wife is "original" Thai, never give her a chili or spicy food, she don't like it. Best is to inform the waiters or chefs of your preference and let them create a perfect combination. Thank for joining our management cocktail too, a small thing to meet our guests and more importantly give us the opportunity to rectify things that may not be in order or help with individual requests. Once guests are back home and write us nasty comments on this or other platforms we are no longer able to assist immediately, but can only reply the comment which normally does not help anyone. Again thank you for choosing the Beyond Resort Khaolak as your holiday destination and we are looking to have you back in the near future.
