We were very disappointed with the quality of rooms in this hotel, which is not evident from the Mercure website (see our photos). I would estimate that the room we stayed in hasn't been refurbished for 15 years, given the age of the fittings and wear on hard items such as locks and door handles, oh and the sunken mattress....
