The highlighted paragraph says it all!
This was the front door lock. I understand locks might have to be changed, but make an attempt to touch up the door before you allow someone to stay there again! As a single female traveller, I didn't feel safe at all

Poor Customer Service
Stayed Wednesday 21st February for 3 nights. We booked a 2bed 2bath with water views and when we checked in were given a 2bed 1bath and no explanation as to why our confirmed booking had been changed. They advised they did not have a 2bed 2bath available for our stay so we…
