Dear Deaconblue, thank you for the review, and I deeply regret what happened, as we always try to do everything to make our guests happy and satisfied. It is most probable that my colleagues were not informed about your request for the shower, otherwise they would certainly have allocated you another room: we actually mostly have showers in our rooms, and it was really a very unfortunate coincidence! For the bed, we are currently changing all the beds in the hotel being well aware of the fact that the original beds were not of the highest comfort. But almost all have been changed already...So again, would you have got another room, this could have been better, too. Would you please accept my deep apology for this unfortunate situation, I wish my colleagues from the reception reacted better and faster and have given you another room immediately (but it might not have been possible on a rather busy day, when all our rooms are full). I would be grateful if you gave us a chance and overcome your negative feelings and come to our hotel again! I am convinced your impressions and feelings would turn and you would be gald to stay with us. At least I would do my utmost for it!
