Dear guest: When we first thought of opening IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Trinidad the main concern was not to lose the charm of the building and yet to impregnate it with the colonial atmosphere of the village as well as endow it with the maximum comfort of the Grand Collection Brand. Elegance, distinction and modernity in harmony with the natural setting and so the building got shape. Then our designers and decorators put together every piece, many Cuban artists created their pieces of art for our hotel and furniture was carefully chosen. But how was possible to preserve such a piece of wonder throughout time? Just with a team that over all these years has stayed faithfully commited to our guest's satisfaction. More than half the staff remains from the first day we opened the hotel nearly 11 years now and those who have recently joined the staff hope for reaching 11 years and more. On behalf of all the hotel staff and the Management receive our gratitude for your kind words; you have crowned all our efforts with such detailed and positive comments.
